What talents say: real student experiences

VYRIY INDUSTRIES & CREED Case Study

Defense enterprise VYRIY INDUSTRIES and the scholarship platform CREED are investing in the next generation of engineers. For the first time in Ukraine, a defense company has launched a scholarship program for students of technical specialties. Young engineers receive a scholarship, and the best among them secure a place in the team that creates drones for the front lines.

Businesses already supporting youth on the CREED platform

Talented students are future specialists, leaders, and entrepreneurs. However, not everyone has equal access to quality education, mentorship, and opportunities. Therefore, the CREED scholarship platform creates a bridge between values-driven businesses and students who strive for professional growth and impact.

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

1. How to apply?

All current applications are accepted via the form on our website. To ensure you don't miss the start of registration, we recommend following our Instagram – that is where we instantly announce new scholarship opportunities. Students must complete an application to participate: personal information, achievements, motivation, etc.

2. How many students are selected for the programs?

The number of scholars depends on the budget allocated by the partner company for support. Each program is individual, so the number of spots is determined separately for each specific intake.

3.  Can I combine several scholarships?

1. Within the platform. You can only receive one CREED scholarship at a time. However, after your current program ends, you are welcome to apply for a new one.
2. External scholarships. We do not restrict you from obtaining scholarships from other organizations or foundations. You can combine support from CREED with any other external programs.

4.  Can I combine the internship/work with my studies?

It all depends on the business's offer. This is discussed further during the interview; however, companies usually offer terms that are mutually beneficial for both parties.

5.  What if I don't pass?

We keep your contact details and will send you information about new programs as soon as they appear. You will have the opportunity to apply for new scholarship programs.

6.  How to report expenses and provide feedback?

All reports and updates are submitted through our convenient web application: hcapp.humancreed.com

1. Logging into the system
After your scholarship is confirmed, you will automatically receive a detailed instruction email from CREED managers on how to access your account.
2. Financial report
In the "Reports" section, you add a description of your expenses and attach receipts.
- The "Approved" status means everything is in order.
- The "Incomplete Information" status means something needs clarification (you will receive an email notification with a hint on what to change).
3. Feedback and achievements
We sincerely root for your success! Once a month, share news about your progress:
- Click the "+" on the app's main screen.
- Add an update or describe an achievement you reached thanks to the scholarship.

You will find more details in the instruction letter from the manager.

7.  How often should I report?

- Financial reporting takes place on the day of purchase (lesson, equipment, etc.) via the special web application for scholars.
- Providing feedback occurs in the same application once (or more, if desired) per month.
