CREED Scholarships for Engineering Students

The VYRIY Drone Case Study – the first large-scale program in Ukraine to support engineers from a defense company.

Our goal is to help future engineers cover their basic needs, develop their talents, and enter the professional environment that builds the country's security more quickly.

Three scholarship levels

The program includes three levels of targeted scholarships.

How the selection process works

🧑 All participants take part in a single competition.
The jury evaluates the student's overall profile and determines winners across three levels.

To increase their chances, students submit as much information as possible, including:

  • academic performance and motivation,

  • participation in competitions, projects, or hackathons,

  • recommendations from teachers,

  • volunteering or social activity,

  • short video (up to 1 min) with self-presentation.

1. What is the minimum budget for creating a program?

You independently determine the amount of the contribution. The CREED platform helps adapt the program to your budget, drawing on successful cases from other partners. The total amount depends on:
1) The number of students you plan to support.
2) The duration of the program.
3) Your request for further extending offers to the best talents.

2. How does the student selection process work?

We take care of the entire selection and evaluation process:
1) We open registration based on your professional criteria.
2) We select top candidates who best match your business requirements.
3) We coordinate the list of the best talents with you for final approval.

3. What can the funds be used for?

A scholarship from CREED is an investment in personal development. We monitor to ensure that the funds help the student grow professionally and support their well-being:
1) Education and Hard Skills: payment for university or dormitory, specialized courses, conferences, textbooks, and necessary equipment (laptops, etc.).
2) Sports and Health: gym/club memberships, sports equipment, and participation in competitions.
3) Creative Development: art or music schools, workshops, and materials for talent development.

4. How quickly will we see the first results?

Using VYRIY INDUSTRIES as an example – the first successes and involvement in projects occurred within the very first month of the program.
